- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made the decision today to not use them anymore. I do like the care they gave my animals but I can never call & speak to a person right away. EVERYTIME I call I get put on hold. I'll call back, get put on hold. A few months ago had my dog with a split open leg & I tried to get help but...was put on hold. When people need help with their kid-pets, it's nice to have a friendly voice actually answer & want to help you.July 28, 2017by tiffany downs
