  I'm going to rate this two stars. Here are my reasons, first off I would like to bring the attention to the front desk. The receptionist are rude. You can tell by the way that they first speak to you that they do not like there job. I always try to be understanding and think Ok they are having a bad day we all have those. Sense the last several times I have gone they continue to have the same dimener. They are not having a bad day they just hate what they do for a living. I find this to be very sad because this isn't a clinic adults and elderly go to be seen. This is a "Childrens" clinic! Children sense things and especially when they look at someone and they look at them with hate or disgust. I almost do not want to bring my children to this clinic because this happens so frequently. Now the positive, It is not the receptionist that diagnose or exam my children. All the Drs my children habe seen on aick visits and wellness check ups have done fantastic. If they can make my two and three year old comfortable and make them laugh then they are doing there job. After reading some other reviews I can say if someone doesn't like the Dr because the Dr is making them feel uncomfortable then they should speak up but common sense...a Dr is not going to intentionally do something inappropriate to your child with you sitting in the room. Any loving responsible parent will say something immediately if a dr was inappropriate to there child instead of writing a review and never saying anything in person. It sounds like something more personal torwards the Dr to get him or her to lose there job over something shallow you just didn't like. Overall Drs are amazing but the receptionist in the front need training on how to smile and not make it so obvious they hate there jobs. Best Regards Samantha K Guerra
