- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst office staff you could ever possible meet. They act like they hate their jobs. So of course you get no respect what so ever. Their office manager needs to learn that there lots of people out there who actually enjoy there job. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I really like my doctor however the office staff is completely unorganized. Referrals are not sent and feel like I have to do all of the follow up making sure things are arranged. The staff never reads the notes from the last person I talked with. Pretty much done with this office. And heaven forbid if u r 5 minutes late for your appointment because they will make you feel like your time means nothing. I drove 1.5 hours to get to this office and was never told to arrive 30 minutes early.June 06, 2017by Andi Frazier
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After two years of trying to figure out what to do about my Graves disease, I finally made the best decision I could have and went some where else for a second opinion. Dr. Hudak is a very pleasant guy, but when it came down to it nice does not necessarily get you the proper care needed. Thanks to his partner Dr. Tan, who figured out I was in a crisis and needed help. I have since found a new endocrinologist and have a new treatment plan, and avoided an unnecessary surgery. The office staff here was nice in person, however when it takes over seven minutes to answer the phone, and they cannot answer questions when you ask the MA anything is frustrating. However, Tiffany at the front desk has a heart of gold, and is very sweet. That is the only reason I am giving one star at all.March 05, 2017by Kristin Wood
