  This is the first time in the history of seeing a doctor that I have to wait almost two weeks to set up an appointment with my doctor. I am removing her as my primary care physician within two seconds. Really ridiculous honestly. What's the point of having a doctor if you can't see them? Let me also note that my eye doctor has more personality for a physician than this broad. Should've read the damn reviews before I chose her. I would definitely be reporting her. And all her staff there are all illiterates and rude. The only one that I can actually note that is decent and speaks to you as if you are a human being is Toni. I hope I'm spelling her name right. All the others are so unprofessional its ridiculous. And I agree with the person below, everything to her is just about money. I came in there in march because I felt sick and thought I had the flu, this witch did a flu test, charged me $150 for the flu test and I didn't have the flu so she told me to go home. Mind you, I paid $150 cash because I didn't have insurance at the time. She didn't even try to do other tests to see if something else was wrong with me, I ended up going to a different doctor and found out I had tonsillitis. How wack is it that your own doctor can't even diagnose you. It's all about money to her.

  This lady might be okay if she had a competent staff. Not sure they understand what business they're in. Excuses don't set well with people that are ill. Good luck on getting a referral sent to a specialist. Then good luck getting your records to the specialist. Then when the specialist requests a subsequent referral, good luck getting that one. The lady who does the referrals just can't understand why there's no referral after weeks? Lady claims it all automatic when she pushes the button. That explains it! It's because you're not pushing the button:( Fwiw, the specialist didn't understand Vayani's diagnosis given the limited bloodwork she had ordered. I realize they're now constrained by law but that has little to do with pressing those keys. We'd have considered it an abberation had it not happened a second time as the referral to a second specialist was the same, it was never sent.
