- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my daughter for her appointment, she started having an asthma attack in the waiting room. I went to the desk to inform them and she said ok. I told her cancel the appointment now here we sit at Cooks Urgent Care. I have been taking my kids to UNT for over 14 years and the service has gotten worse. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Switched my daughters doctor to the UNT network to get away from Cooks Children. Call this morning to get my daughter an appointment because she has had a headache for two days, vomiting and her eyes are dilated. I was told she is not able to be seen until November 1, 2014 ( 2 months from now). Never meet the doctor and never will but this is not on her by any means it is on their procedures. Please do not accept new patients when you know they not can be seen for 2 months. Very frustrating situation.December 15, 2016by Heather Brown
