- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, there is NO OPTION to give ZERO stars!!! I was referred to the office a few months ago by a co-worker. I joined her for a regular office visit & I absolutely LOVED Dr. A & his staff!!! Mike & the front desk lady were so nice & Jasmin is Awesome!!! _Recently, they have made some staff changes.... & unfortunately, NOT so good!!!! The new insurance person, Sarah keeps telling me they don't take my insurance, but I know they do! I don't know if she lacks comprehension, or is just plain stupid, but I do know she is just plain RUDE!!! My husband was at the office yesterday to drop off our insurance information, & she didn't even look up to acknowledge him (he just stood there for & she never looked up)!!!
