  This is by far the worst dentist office ever. The dentist is very rude and inpatient especially when it comes to kids. This place should not be aloud in business any longer. The staff are very rude and do not call you back, they charge you for services they might do then if they do not do the work they keep it a secret and try to rush you out so you forget about it. When you bring it up the staff get even more rude to you and then eventually hang up because you ask for the money back from services that they did not do. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this office for a consultation let alone any work.

  Dr. Soto is an amazing dentist who truly cares about her patients. The dental assistants are polite, professional and do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable. The front desk staff are helpful an professional.

  The staff is the greatest at IDEAL DENTAL! ANGELA THE OFFICE ASSISTANT RUNS THE OFFICE SO SMOOTH. DR. HOLMES AND SANDRA HAS THE GENTLEST TOUCH, AND BLANCA, RUTH, GRISELDA, THEY ALL MAKE SUCH A GREAT TEAM. I HATED GOING TO THE DENTIST BUT SINCE MEETING THEM, I LOOK FORWARD TO GOING. NEVER HAVE I MISSED AN APPOINTMENT. LOVE MY IDEAL DENTAL!!
