- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely love Dr. Moffett at North Texas Orthopedics! Would not go to anyone else for my orthopedic needs. Having all the equipment on site to for testing along with therapy if needed, is a huge plus. So convenient to have the "all in one" facility. Highly recommend!September 05, 2017by Shannon Kancir
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great new facility and friendly staff. However a new appointment with the Dr. for under 5 minutes, while having great insurance, should not have cost me $340. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of charge. They had confirmed what my original Dr told me, which was I had a fracture. I already had a boot & crutches. Basically they said to let it heal itself, and take Tylenol if needed. Walked out expecting to pay a specialist co-pay, and was hit with this huge charge. If they actually did something, this could have been justified. Not just for a consult/confirmation. This could have been easily resolved if they gave me a clear expectation up front of estimated payment. However by surprising me with this upon checking out was not a pleasant experience.June 28, 2017by Mark White
