  The wait is always at least 40 min past my scheduled appointment time. Usually more. It isn't worth scheduling when they don't get you back for close to an hour. Staff is really nice. Wait sucks.

  You will wait a minimum of 30 mins to be seen, then shuffled around there after for 20 mins. The physician was nice, however, I believe that they GROSSLY overcharge for their services, especially since I used to work for an insurance company. I was extremely displeased with my initial/last visit.

  My experience at this office was awful. I had a very complicated pregnancy and Roxanna the front office person gave me a hard time about having two commercial insurances at my first appointment. I was seen and scheduled at my next appt I arrived at my appt and she promptly stated I was 30 min late when I had a card that had the specific time of my appt w her hand writing I showed it and she prompted to say that I had missed my appointment and they weren't just some pcps office where you could walk in whenever you wanted to. I told her I was coming in at the time the appt card said and if they could work me in or if she could ask the doctor she didn't ask and I wasn't seen I asked if I could go to another location she said they couldn't get me in even if they had an opening because I had missed my appt although I never missed it I came in at the time the appt said there was nobody in the waiting room and she said they were booked and had too many pts I transferred care to FW perinatal and my experience was so much better getting early or late appointments helped me avoid a long wait.
