- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Quick service ...polite nurse and doctor ...clean ...doctor misdiagnosed me, no test done to me to determine my illness other than an assumption and prescribed me antibiotics that wasnt needed. No followup 3 days later from them to let me know if tests were ok. Still feeling sick I visited my doctors same week who did get my result of test from the er. And immediately stopped the antibiotics that was not needed because my problem was totally different. We just have to trust whatever they say pay for ER visit and medicine and hope they are right. Thank God my doctor found the real reason. Poor service from this ER. Not saying you should not go here but just letting your know my experience and maybe others experience the same and said nothing.November 12, 2017by nach ulos
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to this emergency room in the middle of the night for breathing difficulties with bronchitis. The nurse was so rude, I didn't end up saying anything about having breathing problems. They embarrassed me almost to the point of tears. The only nice people there were the doctor himself and the lady who took my information at the front desk. I apologized for wasting their time, tried to explain I had thought it was a 24 hour urgent care and was so sick and exhausted I hadn't noticed it was an emergency room specifically. That didn't seem to make a difference to the nurse, who nearly knocked a clipboard out of my hand pointing at the name of the place on the paperwork. Also, apparently the payment arrangements I made were unsatisfactory, as they have been calling wanting to know what the deal was with the arrangements. I'm broke is the problem. Overall, a demoralizing, disheartening, demeaning experience all around. I am never going through Texas Health again if I can help it.February 17, 2017by Kim Howlett
