  If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over 30 minutes sitting across the street trying to catch a scared loose dog while the entire staff watched me through the window. They did at least after I walked in and asked for one guess the one star goes to that minor task. Once I finally managed to catch the dog, load his terrified self into my car I asked the lady at the front desk if she would mind scanning him for a microchip in which she rudely denied helping me because the dog is “aggressive” even tho she hasn’t even touched the dog to know his temperament. As an animal hospital employee I would think it was everyone’s goal to provide the best care for any animal, even if it is as simple as a task as scanning a stray for a microchip to see if the pet has an owner.
