  DISCRIMINATION! THE WORST PEDIATRICIAN OFFICE EVER! We had to transfer to a different pediatrician office for few months due to insurance change (our new insurance was out of Network for Alliance Pediatrics). Few month later we called to return as our new insurance was again in Network for Alliance Pediatrics and they WOULD NOT ACCEPT US BACK. We are upper class family, I own a business myself and we were always courteous and on time with everything (paying their bills, coming to appointments). They got so much business form us before we had to transfer for few months. However according to what they said, we were apparently not a candidate to resume at their practice! It is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS and PURE DISCRIMINATION without any reason! I tried to find out what the reason really is (as receptionist kept hiding behind office Policy for a while) and when she finally explained it sounded like they simply do not wish to have us back as our chart was not perfect meaning: we had one or two cancellations for which we always gave notice on time, no outstanding bills etc. We were a perfect Customer and actually liked the doctor there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! VERY ROBOTIC. I explained that we only left due to insurance incompatibility for few months and that we liked the doctor in their office and want to come back now that our new insurance is in Network. However, they absolutely did not care and refused to have us back! It took them 2 weeks and my multiple follow up calls to find it out as they even did not have courtesy to call us back and let us know that we cannot resume. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for their answer instead of looking for another pediatrician office. I own a business myself and I never refused service to a Customer. They clearly discriminate! I would absolutely NOT recommend this office to anyone and will make sure to spread the word among my local friends so that they do not get discriminated by them.
