- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Castaneda removed my gallbladder roboticly. No, I didn't love it, meaning having my gallbladder removed. Three events: - Second opinion on operation; Dr. Castaneda explained pros and cons; he gave ME the option on whether or not to have the gallbladder removed and he gave ME the option on open or robotic surgery. Absolutely professional, but also friendly. - The operation; don't know much about it as I was out; was ready to go home one hour after I woke up; no complications, no scars one year after surgery. - Post-op visit; as before, professional and friendly. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to wait nearly three weeks for an appointment, but I think that was because of the Christmas/New Years holidays. The office is very nice, and so is the staff. I really like Dr. Castaneda, he has a cheerful demeanor to him and he listened to all my concerns. He was patient with my questions and did not make me feel "stupid." I will be scheduling a gallbladder removal surgery just as soon as my baby is born!September 28, 2017by Jennifer Sieverling
