  After reading the reviews, I was super hesitant to come to this location. However, my experience was really great. I read in previous reviews that you needed to check in online, so I did that. Once I got to the Urgent Care I filled out a couple of forms and was seen maybe after 20 minutes. Nurses and Dr. were very friendly and helpful.

  My family is greatful to have a facility like this close to home, but we really wish it was run more efficiently. Our visits here always take a very long time despite the facility never seeming crowded. We have found that it's quicker to drive to another cooks 30 minutes away and be seen there than to visit this location and spend hours sitting in a patient room. Some quick examples of the time we've spent here for different reasons: Strep throat requiring a test and prescription; 3 1/2 hours. Small laceration requiring a few stitches; 4 hours. Ear infection; 3 hours. What I don't understand about the super long time we spend here is that almost all the time is spent in the patient room, not in the waiting room. Why are we being stuck in patient rooms for so long periods of time and don't other patients need to use the space as well? I imagine that if they were busier, we would be seen and treated quicker to make the room available, but it almost seems like they intentionally have kept us there simply to occupy the room. Something doesn't add up here.
