  I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Huffstutler's office with him and his team! I was long overdue for a dental cleaning and exam, and Amber scheduled my new patient appointment right away. She was excellent at confirming my appointment and making sure she had all of my insurance information before I ever walked through the door. The office is beautiful and spotless inside, and I was welcomed with a smile by the front office team. I filled out my paperwork and was taken back to the exam room precisely on time. There, the hygienist Cathy did a full exam and cleaning, making sure to explain everything she was doing, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable. She really took her time with my cleaning, which I appreciated - especially since I was overdue for a visit to the dentist! Dr. Huffstutler was very kind and informative and took the time to fully explain everything going on with my teeth and gums. I don't have any major dental health/work needs, but Dr. Huffstutler made sure to answer all of my questions and really explain all of his observations and findings; he even pointed out a few things that no other dentist had ever mentioned. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and had all of the information I needed, which is something I really appreciate since so many dentists rush you through the already-too-short consultation. I scheduled my next dentist appointment for six months from now quickly and easily with the front office and was on my way. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'm 100% confident I received top-quality dental care. I'm looking forward to making North Hills Dental my dental care home :)
