- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We appreciate every facet of The North Hills Family Practice. We always get a prompt response when we call on the phone to make an appointment or to present a question to the nurse. When we walk in the door to sign in for our appointment, we are always greeted by courteous and professional staff. Our waiting time is almost always minimal and we appreciate that consideration. The nurses that call us back to see the doctors are always pleasant and detail oriented. Whenever the Doctor, or PA, walks in to answer our concerns or questions, we feel very assured that they have our past, present and future medical concerns as their priorities. All of the medical staff take the time to listen to what our thoughts and concerns are concerning our health. They take the time to answer our questions fully and strive to make sure we are comfortable with their answers. They are never quick to prescribe an RX and just get out of the office so they can see the next patient. We use the high standards of courteous treatment and professional processes of this office to measure those of other offices we visit.
