- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I HAD to give this place one star or it wouldn't let me post my review. Front desk was terrible and rude! I arrived to my 3:30 appt at 2:45 and was told I needed to have been there by 2:30 for a 3oclock appt.. but on the phone they gave me a 3:30 appt. I had paperwork ready and everything they needed and they were still giving me a hard time. I could hear them talking mess about me as I was standing there. It was SUPER slow and didn't understand why they couldn't see me if I was STILL early for this "3" o'clock appt.. I got seen after all the fuss they threw. i told the medical assistant my child just started daycare so he's going through a bit of separation anxiety.. I was walking him to the scale and she just took him from me and put him on the scale and made my son panic because he thought she was taking him away from me!! They were all in such a rush for nothing! The nurse practitioner was just as bad. I had to sit there and argue my concerns about my child's speech before she would hear me out! Checkout lady didn't even make eye contact and asked if I paid a copay for a well visit?? I was out of there by 3:08. Definitely not a good place to take your kids.August 05, 2017by Ivan Rodriguez
