- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Steven is awesome. So many insurance agents have little or nothing to do with their customers. When something goes wrong the office staff just sends them to the 1-800 number. Steven is nothing like this. When we had a water damage to our home we were able to call Steven directly. He recommended a company to use and he and his staff would check in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. You just don't see customer service like that these days.
