  It's true--doctors/physician assistants are great, BUT their clerical staff makes this a horrible place. I've gone for years and didn't want to lose Teresa Bryant,PA (but since the receptionist says she's not working there much anymore the point is mute). Its been nearly three weeks after my visit, numerous left messages and still NO CALL IN FOR THE PRESCRIPTIONS. This is common. The one who answers the phone is rude beyond belief and told me T. Bryant only works 3-4 days a week now, leaves early , and doesn't take patients after 3:30 even though they are open till 5pm. I asked to see another PA, but was told you have to be here by 4pm because they don't take patients after 4pm. I also tried to get a family member in who was sick: they refused to estimate new patient fee because their not taking new patients and the receptionist talked about less hours giving the impression they are closing this clinic down. So if they stay open and if you have a job--you'll always have to leave work and lose pay to see a doctor. I've found another doctor and PA where this does not happen AND they see patients at 4:30 and 5pm AND their clerical staff are actually very nice to patients and will estimate the office visit fee.

  Dr Speaker has been our family Doctor for 13 years. I have only good things to say about her and the clinic. It has improved over the years by adding a lab and xray capabilities so I can get everything done in one stop usually. When I need a referral her staff contacts me within 24hours and gets me all set up. GREAT customer service consistently! I highly recommend this facility!

  I highly recommend this clinic! Fast service by a professional that is caring. When I leave a message It is returned within one business day, many times within the hour!
