  I've had two extremely negative experiences with this clinic, and 2 good experiences. Personally, my biggest issue is with Dr Cowan himself. This man has a terrible bedside manner with patients who present with issues more complex than the standard cold. He under-diagnoses to "save money". But for who? I will worry about my finances, your job, Mr Cowan, is to hear the issues I am having and help assist in bringing forth a resolution that is beneficial to me, the patient. His attitude, demeanor, and tone were condescending and extremely unprofessional my last visit. Worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. I did not get a sense that he actually cared for my well-being. It felt like he saw me as a nuisance, and was not open to hearing my concerns. In fact, he gave off the impression that he believed my symptoms were fabricated, or superficial. I've been extremely healthy and had no Dr visit for 10 years until now. I know when there is an issue with my health, and truly feel there is cause for concern due to symptoms that have been negatively impacting my health and peace of mind the last 2 months. Hippocratic-oath? More like hypocritic oath. Beyond disappointed.

  I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I came to this office due to issuance changes. I have severe asthma proven by specific testing from my previous doctor. When I recently was seen by My O2 was 94 and lungs sounded clear and my problem was allergies, laryngitis and anxiety. Because of previous problems of high resting heart rates I had left my previous pulmonologist and was trying to start over. Because of this Dr. Cowan said he could not treat me because I would not follow his recommendations and said the visit was a waist of time. He also said I didn't have asthma. I told him to looking at my challenge test and CT scan. His judgement was final and didn't review the reports and did not see my pictures of my O2 meter being as low as 74. I hope that his other patients that have serious illnesses get 2nd opinions and do not let there health diminish because of failure to treat or refer to the proper specialist. His PA's have better bed side manners and listen.
